Vince Bono
Founder
Mr. Bono has been with the Company since its inception. Vince received a Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall Law School in 1975. He founded the 'Brokerage Consortium' in 1976, where he remained CEO until it was sold in 1982. From 1982 to 1985, Vince wrote nine made-for-television movies in Hollywood, California. In 1985, Vince returned to New Jersey and started The Insurance Exchange of America, which he later sold in 1989. He then founded Vista International Communications, a Regional Long Distance Carrier which he sold to an AT&T subsidiary in 1997 for an eight figure payout.

Bruce Albertson
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Albertson formerly served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Iomega Corporation. Prior to working with Iomega, Bruce served in various capacities, including Vice President of Marketing and Product Management with General Electric Appliances Division from 1973 to 1998. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami and Master of Business Administration degree from Florida International University.

Steve Christopher
Director
Mr. Christopher has most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of ING Life Group, a life insurance provider in Denver, Colorado. Prior to working with ING Life Group, Steve served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Security Life of Denver from 1995 to 1999. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration degree from Samford University.

Glenn W. Clark
Director
Mr. Clark is currently the President of Rockwood Programs, which specializes in Insurance Agent E&O and ERISA related coverages. From 1993 to 1996, Glenn was President of Morefar Marketing, Inc, an AIG subsidiary which provides business insurance programs to affinity groups.

From 1990-1993 Glenn was President of UNAT Direct in Paris, an AIG subsidiary that markets insurance and financial services to consumers in a number of European countries. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Marketing and Administration at AIG Marketing, Inc., AIG's nationwide mass marketing company for personal lines, including automobile, homeowners, and universal life products.

Ron Perretti
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Perretti joined the Company in July 2002. Prior to that Ron was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sys-Con Media. Previous to that, Ron was a marketing manager at Canon Communications LLC. Ron received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Southern Connecticut State University.

Kevin Hussey
Executive Vice President
Mr. Hussey has been with the Company since November 2002. Prior to that Kevin was the Executive Vice President of Product Development for Vista Financial Partners, a national Marketing Organization that dealt exclusively with the distribution of proprietary communication products. Kevin holds an MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Centenary College.
